My second favorite show...after Earl of course.

Loved the shot of Michael wondering where Andy was, when in the backgound out in the lake Andy was just barely visible.

You couldn't be righter...Toby's hat was horrible. Was that supposed to be the point?

And yeah, my $'s on Karen snagging the NY gig.

Comment from James

Ah yes, finally an Office moment that delivered--not like that Jimroy "fight" that left us all disappointed. Jenna Fischer is amazing--I'm so glad The Office's writing staff realized how crucial she is and is giving her such room to shine. I will be so furious if she doesn't garner at least an Emmy nomination this year, because she wholeheartedly deserves it. (And I figure Jaime Pressly and Elizabeth Perkins are the only "locks", with a possible nod for Vanessa Williams. That leaves at least two slots, though maybe three in the event of a tie. Since Cheryl Hines is not eligible this season and Holland Taylor was barely in any episodes whatsoever, only Conchata Ferrell stands a real chance this season of grabbing one of those two remaining slots. And since The Office is an Emmy favorite, it seems plausible Fischer might make it in (before Ferrell, I'm sure) this time around. I hope.

Anyway, back to the episode. Jim just left this past season to go to Scranton, so I highly doubt they'd make him depart once again. That's just too much. I think Karen, whom I actually like against all odds, has to be the one to leave, which will open doors for Jim and Pam--asjdhdsfk I can't wait for Thursday!
