Rashida Jones Joins Poehler Show

Karen Fillipelli fans can rejoice -- sort of.

Rashida Jones has signed on to star in the untitled Amy Poehler project. Just so you know, it's not an "Office" spinoff and she will not be playing Karen Fillipelli. OfficeTally says that she will play a nurse named Ann. So will the show center around a hospital? A school? We are as confused as ever.

Aside from Poehler and Jones, Aziz Ansari is the only other confirmed cast member.

Despite very little info about the show, as well as a title, the new sitcom is expected to premiere in April 2009 on NBC. -- Rachel Cericola
