"The Office" 2.0?

”office-convention.jpg"First we saw Dwight Schrute bobbleheads, then last week's "The Office" convention. Now, TVGuide.com's Michael Ausiello says that NBC is planning a spin-off for the popular Thursday night sitcom.

Don't expect to see more Ryan or others in Dunder-Mifflin's corporate office. The rumor is that new characters will be introduced, then spun off into the new series.

Supposedly, NBC is looking for "a name" to headline the new show. If they had any sense, they'd snag Ricky Gervais. Who do you guys want to see -- or not want to see?

"The Office" airs every Thursday at 9:00 p.m. (EST) on NBC. -- Rachel Cericola
