PR for Ryan's "Office" Promotion

The last season of "The Office" ended with a surprise no one saw coming: Ryan got Jan's job and dumped Kelly. While the latter may not have been a big bang, the promotion is getting a bit of PR on the "official" Dunder-Mifflin Web site.

According to the TV Squad (and the release), his new title is Vice President of Regional Sales. It doesn't say how he will fit into the new season, whether we'll see more of the New York office, or what the hell happened to Karen.

Hopefully all of those things (and more) will be covered in the one-hour season premiere on September 27 on NBC. -- Rachel Cericola
