Mad Men Fodder

'Mad Men' Scores 17 Emmy Nominations

And the accolades keep on coming for the men and women of the newly formed Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce.

The 2010 Emmy nominations were announced today and AMC's Mad Men scored the second highest total of any single show with 17 including first time nominees Christina Hendricks and January Jones. The nominations include Best Drama Series and acting nods to Jon Hamm, John Slattery and Elizabeth Moss. The show has won Best Drama two years in a row, can it pull off the hat trick?

Keep an eye on Christina Hendricks as she goes up against castmate Elizabeth Moss, Rose Byrne for Damages, Sharon Gless for Burn Notice as well as Christine Baranski and Archie Panjabi for The Good Wife. Hendricks perhaps pulled off her strongest season yet and genuinely deserves some Emmy love. I'll be rooting for her!

The 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards will be held Sunday, August 29th at 8PM ET on NBC. The fourth season of Mad Men premieres Sunday, July 25th at 10PM ET
