Barney tells everyone that he has tickets to Robots versus Wrestlers. There are five tickets, one of which is for Robin. Robin doesn't hang out with them anymore, though. She has plans with Don. Barney says that he is worried that they will break apart. Ted quotes a poem and is interrupted by a fart and Future Ted tells us about how they always interrupted such recitation with farts.
Ted gets something in the mail for Marissa Heller and then Future Ted tells us about how they got mail for her ten years. The invitation was for a party at the Alberta building. They are about to go in as Marissa Heller when Marissa gets in first. The real Marissa, that is.
Marissa invites everyone to come to the party with her since Ted impressed her with his knowledge of architecture. Ted is blown away by the guests but everyone can't stand them. He wants to skip the Robots versus Wrestlers and Barney says that if he doesn't come, it is the end of his being in their group for two years.
At the Robots versus Wrestlers event Lily says she can't promise she won't be pregnant within a year. Barney is eventually okay with this notion. Meanwhile, Ted is having an amazing time with the intellectuals -- reciting Dante's Infero in Italian. Future Ted worries that he sounds like a douchebag. Just then, he gets a photo message with Mexican Wrestler Ted in it. He runs out of the party.
Ted comes back to the bar and wants to recite a poem about friendship and Robin interrupts with a farty sound. They are glad to have her back.
