Robin has been getting fan mail forwarded to her from the news station which is odd because she had quit four months earlier. Barney gets excited because the lottery girl is on. Barney uses the different lottery numbers to cite statistics about the girl reading them.
Future Ted talks about Robin being unemployed. She talks about her audition and how she got tricked into using too many catch phrases at the end of her audition. Ted tells her to work on her resume and compares his own resume.
Robin gets a letter from the department of immigration saying that she will be sent back to Canada if she can't get a job within a week. It turns out that she can only stay if her job is relevant to her field of expertise. They decide to watch her clip reel and then Barney suggests that she uses a video resume like his. He shows off his video resume which is of course awesome. It is here that Barney mentions the Possimpible which is the meeting of possible and impossible. Naturally, Robin asks him to make one for her as well.
At the bar later, Marshall tells Lily that he dances more than he has led to believe. She wonders why she doesn't know about it. He just does it when he feels good.
Robin starts making a video resume but she doesn't feel it will work and goes to audition for the lottery girl position. She starts but they don't seem to like her much. She goes and tells the people in the bar about it and they console her in the apartment.
Barney comes in and announces that he got her a job using his video resume technique. Future Ted talks about how they got to keep Robin and all is well.
