The Primetime Emmys are only a few hours away and with 10 nominations, it seems safe to say that at least one little gold statue is headed back to the ABC lot.

Given all the behind-the-scenes hoopla of last year, mixed with the lagging writing in the spring, Season 3 was a tough one to get through, even for the most diehard fans. Maybe that's why there are currently so many stories about how much better the set feels these days. Check it out here and here.

So you can get a dose of your faves before the season premieres in two weeks.
Finally, if you just need an immediate visual fix, check out the ET interviews with Pompeo/Dempsey and Knight/Heigl. Even without Shonda writing their lines, these guys and gals are as witty and charming as their characters . . .
