With 10 Nominations, Emmy Night is "Grey's Anatomy" Night

The Primetime Emmys are only a few hours away and with 10 nominations, it seems safe to say that at least one little gold statue is headed back to the ABC lot.

If you need to catch up on all the nominations for "GA", check out this summary from "Grey's Anatomy News". What are your predictions? Personally, I'm laying money on Sandra Oh. I think she's got this one in the bag, especially with the work she did on the whole wedding arc. Catch Buddy TV's prediction here.

Given all the behind-the-scenes hoopla of last year, mixed with the lagging writing in the spring, Season 3 was a tough one to get through, even for the most diehard fans. Maybe that's why there are currently so many stories about how much better the set feels these days. Check it out here and here.

And if that isn't enough to convince you you should give the residents of Seattle Grace another chance, check out these enticing spoilers. In an effort to generate interest in the "Private Practice" spinoff--after a totally dismal pilot--ABC has planned a special for this Wednesday: "Come Rain or Shine: From Grey's Anatomy to Private Practice". So you can get a dose of your faves before the season premieres in two weeks.

Finally, if you just need an immediate visual fix, check out the ET interviews with Pompeo/Dempsey and Knight/Heigl. Even without Shonda writing their lines, these guys and gals are as witty and charming as their characters . . .
