'30 Rock' Star Cheyenne Jackson Joins 'Glee"

According to Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello, 30 Rock's Cheyenne Jackson is joining the cast of FOX's Glee. This doesn't eliminate Idina Menzel from appearing in season 2 as she is scheduled to appear.

Jackson has extensive experience in song and dance as well as network serial television. He was previously seen as the new addition to the Tracy Jordan cast on 30 Rock and will continue in that role.

Jackson was previously hired for Glee in the role of Dakota Stanley but had to withdraw due to a serious illness.
