General Hospital: Actress Annie Wersching Exits

According to SoapCentral.com, actress Annie Wersching is leaving General Hospital. Wersching, who plays Amelia, Sam’s recent nemesis, will be leaving General Hospital for the Fox hit show “24”. Of course we all remember the interesting turn General Hospital took with their very special 24-like episodes. Wersching joined the cast just after sweeps and missed that excitement.

"24" premieres in January 2008 on Fox.
