Sonny goes to see Carly. He wants her to go to Alan’s funeral. He thinks that both of Michael’s parents should be there for him. It has to be weird for him to go to a funeral for a grandfather that he didn’t get to have a relationship with. She agrees to go, and just as they are leaving Jax tries to call Carly.
Elizabeth goes to see Jason. She gives him her condolences for Alan’s death. She knew that Sam had gone out of town (right after his father died!) and could use a friend. She feels the baby kick and Jason reaches to feel her belly, but pulls away.
It’s so cool to see Ned! It brings back memories of the good ol’ days. I loved him and Alexis together. I was hoping that he could be there while she is going through this terrible time in her life. Of course, Edward can’t help but take a cheap shot about Eddie Maine. Too bad Lois couldn’t make an appearance.
People arrive for the funeral. Skye is stopped by Tracy. Skye says she has every right to be there. Jason arrives. Luke comes to offer his support to Tracy. Lulu and Dillon talk about Alan’s letter, but Dillon doesn’t get a chance to tell her that Scotty has been named as the killer. Tracy interrupts to once again warn Lulu about investigating the murder. Scotty shows up at the funeral to everyone’s surprise.
Ned performs the eulogy. While he wasn’t a perfect man, he was loved by many people and it’s nice to see a missed General Hospital alum perform the eulogy for his old castmate.
Jason looks at a picture of him with Alan before Jason had his personality changing accident. He remembers when Alan told him that his love for Jason would never be destroyed. He has a lot to think about.
