General Hospital: Jason Tries to Track Down Spinelli

Patrick is worried about Robin. After a procedure he cannot find her. She has taken the rest of the day off. She goes to her special bridge where she reminisces with Sonny on the anniversary of Stoneâ€™s death. She talks about how they bungee jumped off of the bridge and his list of things to do before he died. Sonny tells her that she gave Stone the best summer of his life. Robin is feeling depressed. She feels like a failure after what has happened with Laura. Sonny tells her that she gave Laura and her children something that they didnâ€™t get a chance to do when she first slipped away; which was to say goodbye. Itâ€™s nice to see the softer side of Sonny. Seeing old clips of GH makes me feel as warm and fuzzy inside. Patrick finds her and Robin tells her all about Stone.

Jason tries to go looking for Spinelli against Elizabethâ€™s wishes. She is worried that his wound will reopen. He tracks down an old burnt out hippie who tells him that Spinelli was taken, along with a blonde cutie, by men in suits. He goes back to the studio to get patched up by Liz.

Sam tries to convince Lucky that Ric is trying to get to Elizabeth. Lucky then goes to Cruz to ask him why he shouldnâ€™t trust Ric. Maxie shows up before Cruz can say anything. And so does Elizabeth! Is every place in Port Charles within a two block radius or something? One minute sheâ€™s in the studio the next at the police station then back again. Liz was there to sneak Sam a cell phone so that she could call Jason and tell him to be more careful.

Spinelli apparently is a fan of Lost. He tells Alcazar that he has put a virus on all of his computers with valuable information and if he doesnâ€™t put in a code every 108 minutes it will ruin the computers. I wonder if the code is: 4 8 15 16 23 42. Lulu is captured with him by Alcazarâ€™s men. She tries to talk their way out of the situation. Alcazar tells Lulu that heâ€™s sorry she got caught up in the situation. She tells Alcazar that she is sorry for his loss and that sometimes Diego was the only friend she had. He seems softened by this but when Spinelli presses the intercom button after he leaves they overhear Alcazar talking to his henchmen. He tells them to kill them both and make it look like an accident.

Dillon is worried about Lulu. He goes to Georgie to find out if she has heard from Lulu. She gets mad that he cares so much about Lulu. Have I mentioned how much I like Dillonâ€™s new look? I love the glasses/blazer combo, not to mention the cleaned up hair. Anyway, they both go down to the police station to file a missing personâ€™s report. They talk to Lucky who doesnâ€™t seem too worried about her. He tells them that sheâ€™s still morning the loss of her mother. Little does he know!

First a quick casting snark - What's with Spinelli? He's miscast as some young college geek.

Now then.

The Stone flashbacks were enough to bring me to tears. I thought they did that very, very well and the dialogue they gave Sonny to say about Laura and bringing her back for a short time and connecting it to Stone. Pass me the Kleenex please.

I was very distressed by the reaction they gave Patrick to Robin's state on the anniversary of Stone's death. Especially since they keep talking about how broken up Patrick was about his mother's death. Someone like that would know not to attack Robin's feelings or the deceased at that time.
His whole - Stone was just a street-kid rant. Way out of character for Patrick and out of line for anyone.

Alexis. What can anyone say except that NLG is amazing. Ric was terrific in his scenes with her. I actually think his scenes are great lately.

I FF through the Sam stuff so no clue as to what's going on with her. Maybe they'll put her in a maximum security cell with no tv recording equipment allowed and I'll be spared her scenes. (Sorry Sibia I know you like KM!)

So Jason didn't hear Liz's reveal? Now we know and the guy's got to wait to hear it again. Love it.

I'm liking Dillon lately - feel bad that he lost his movie-mojo but maybe it'll come back.

I hear that the next couple of weeks are going to be interesting re: Patrick and Robin.

I like KM but not so much her character on GH. I pretty much want her storyline to finish up already.

Ric is a great evil man.

I think Spinelli is hilarious! Especially when paired with straight man Jason.

I think you are right about Patrick and Robin. Here's hoping so we can get more scenes with Dr. Patrick Drake.
