General Hospital: Poor Sam ... Not

I did fast forward through most of yesterday's show. I acutally liked most of the Robin/Patrick stuff because at least Patrick is showing some kind of growth. I really liked the Sonny/Robin discussion of Stone and as always I'm giddy when GH uses flashbacks.

If the writers think the majority of the audience is going to feel sorry for Sam because "big bad Ric" used her...they have another think coming.

I couldn't stand the Sonny/Sam convo today. Ric didn't manipulate anybody. They both used each other and should take their shame of the blame. Yeah...Sam feels bad but most of it is because of Jason...when Alexis is the one that was hurt the most of out all of this. Sorry but I feel nothing about contempt for Sam and her pain. I'm not feeling any kind of love for the Alexis/Ric relationship, either. Guess I'm going to be in this thought pattern till we learn more about Alexis' illness and her plans. I'm glad she shoo'd Ric out of her office, too. If looks could kill....Ric'd be dead. Some of my anger towards Sonny was abated by the scene with Alexis. Its so nice to see he and her getting along and that he's trying to look out for her and Sam's relationship.

Ahhh...more Jason chest! Good times! We also got a Brenda mention...woohoo. I think the Jason/Brenda wedding was one of my favorites and at the time I wanted Brenda to stick around because its one of the only times I've really really enjoyed a Jason relationshiop. However...the past few days have definitely made me rethink the idea of Jason/Liz. Its so much more interesting than another Sam/Jason redux. Not to mention the couples of both JaSam and Rexis are dead to me. I'm never going to buy that Jason would forgive something like this. Never. Can't wait to see Sam's reaction to Jason telling her about Liz. My guess is the writers are hoping we'll look at it as "even steven"....but that ain't gonna happen with me.

It was nice to see Georgie helping Leslie Lu. The girl needs a real friend and lord knows most the females on GH aren't allowed real friendships. The whole story is kinda boring but maybe with Dillon knowing about the pregnancy things'll pick up.

Yay...GH finally remembered they hired Finola for the summer. Now...when is the story going to kick in!?!? Don't get me wrong I LOVE the Scorpio family dynamic and eat up every single scene they're in...but I need my Anna to kick some ass and maybe smoochie smoochie with our *other* resident bad guy, Lorenzo. Oh...and love that Alexis took Skye's side. I want those two to be friends (and forget that whole Dobson crap). Skye took care of baby K duing that awful time and I'd like the writers to remember that. Hell....I'd love to see Skye somehow find out she's a Cassidine. Since they de-Q'd her (which was stupid) she seems like a floater on the show. Patrick and Robin were ok today...its good to see these two finally connecting instead of bickering.

Did Greg Vaughn get paid for today's show? If so...cool deal! Not a lick of dialog for the poor guy...

Guess I'm looking forward to tomorrow's show. I'd prefer to see Jason kick the skank out on her ass but guess I'll have to settle for some angry stares.

I didn't even bother looking 'cause I thought you were working late - but hey -

I liked Patrick and Robin today - there was some chemistry and they were cute at the hospital but I was waiting for a little awkwardness - something - a look - a mention - after the big almost-love-reveal yesterday. But who cares JT looks mighty cute in those pants - glad they finally got him out of those grandpa numbers they've had him in.

If he were Patrick though he'd be heading for the hills - HIV scare or not - with all the pushing everyone's doing. No way - a real Patrick would be so ok about that stuff - not a chance - no way - not ever. But I don't care because they give JT lots of air time so who cares? I don't think I'd care who he's with as long as he got air time.

Speaking of which - Jason, Jason, Jason. I'm with you on the Jason/Liz stuff. They are soooooooooo much more interesting than any of the other couples they were in. Love it. When Skank walked in I was like "huh?" who's the skank and what is she doing here? Skanko-rific deserves what she gets - mostly because she can't even take an ounce of responsibility for what she's done.

Ric is looking mighty fine too as is Sonny and Max. What's with the eye-candy lately? No complaints - lots of fun.

The Georgie/Lulu stuff would be adorable if - should I even start with how that would never happen? They are great together and the bonding stuff is nice but again - no chance it would happen. Maybe in a male mind but never anywhere else. Again - it's a soap but they really shouldn't push the WTH storylines.

I like your take on GV getting paid today - liked his falling down sideways on the bed scene - nice job GV.

What was that whole thing about Brenda - I totally didn't remember that they were married.

Fun stuff. Wonder when Alexis will finally tell people what they all seem to have guessed anyway - NLG is doing a great job with the storyline. They'd better not kill her off - she's one of the best characters on the show.

Hope it's a good one tomorrow - didn't see any Patrick so it's not all good but I'm loving the Jason stuff so it's ok.

Hey - PrisonBreak starts next week I think - Wentworth Miller is on the cover of one of the men's mags. Not sure which - saw his picture. He's looking good.

Remember Jason and Brenda went to Vegas and got married? It was funny as hell. Two famous (but I can't remember their names) worked at the Vegas wedding place. I forget why they got married...something about Jason not wanting Brenda to cause problems for Sonny and Carly and I think Brenda was going to need somebody to take care of her when she thought she was still dying. Memory ain't what it used to be...lol
NLG isn't going anywhere....she just signed another contract not too long ago.

Oooooooh - I vaguely remember something - I'll have to root around in my memory - not what it used to be either! Thanks for the "flashback"! (Hmmm - maybe that's how "Brenda" got the gig at that hotel she works at now on NBC :-) - no matter what she does she'll always be Brenda to me)

Whew on the NLG - I love her - think she's terrific.

FF'd through a lot (looking for Patrick) so so far saw only some of it. Fickle, fickle I am sooooooo fickle because how much am I loving Sonny? He's lookin' good, actin' good, hot and smoky like he used to be! Bye Patrick - gots to be lovin' Sonny now! (Except for the whole "doctor" thing - I'm still partial to a doc than to a mob boss - but I digress...)

BTW - the person who contacted me is someone I met at the one soap event I ever went to - here in my neighb in the park - I had been talking to her about soaps and told her about your recaps and that she should check it out - (she said she's sorry she doesn't watch GH 'cause she likes your recaps - I told her to start watching - if only for the recaps :-))

I did catch a bit of today's stuff with Jason and Sam - I actually felt sorry for the 'ho - she really seemed crushed and that whole "this can't be happening" thing was great.

well i seen gh today. well carly is up to no good. she telling sam that if liz is haveing jason baby she will use it to get jason for her slef. sam got this look on her face that she thinking now. so i belive she going to do something to liz so she wont get jason. i think if she does do something, jason wont for give her. then it will be the end of her and jason. but i dont care about her anyways. i like liz better, ric up to something as well. so i belive sam or ric going to doing something to liz test.

we still love sam,hate,general hospital. wants you to leave just to make people like liz .she sucks liz .you will allways rule with jason.
