Where to begin - where to begin? First of all, you had me laughing out loud with your recap! I watched only some of it so far - ff'd lots of it until later especially after I saw Lainey getting all hot and bothered and rubbing up against Sonny after he dissed Lo. Lainey-girl if you want to
%$#& your hot mob patient you might want to stop treating him - for starters - oh and also - you might want to refer to the soap-opera-shrink-manual about what to do when a mob-boss-patient threatens to do something illegal especially when it involves the possible untimely demise by bullets of a rival gang-lord. Just a suggestion.

Having said that - the heat between the two of them is good - and I haven't seen him suggest that yet but now I can't wait. LOL

Maxie you ho-horndog-manipulative-little-skank! How much fun were those scenes? I hated her so much she was making me love old-Carly but the scenes were great fun. I felt like shouting at Liz "no, no - don't go into the apartment!!!!" Great fun. Didn't hurt to see Lucky's mighty fine chest and back - nice! I'm not a fan of such huge tattoos but it looked hot on him today.

Speaking of hot. Patrick where you go to? I know the whole AIDS thing has dampened his "spirits" but I would imagine that someone with his personality would be behaving a bit differently in this situation. There would be some of this - but it would be more faceted. It's like this one-note reaction. But that's just me. And his hands. And his upper arms. Yowza - I was thinking he looked a little more muscular - and just think - he could get it anytime he wanted to! BTW was it only lechey me or did the camera - and Robin - linger on his chest and "lower torso" in the locker room when he was changing.

Loving the whole thing though - and him saying "not gonna happen" as he walked out the door.

I'm hoping they rethink the whole roomies thing - Patrick gave Robin a way out and I hope she takes it - I just don't see that. Too forced for words.

Tomorrow does look great - lots of Jason (yummeh) and I'm with you on the Sam thing - it's like she gets it together for one episode and then it's all boring-weepy-blamey again. Snore.
But I think it's building up for the you-know-what. Can't wait.

Glad Carly's leaving for a while even though I'm liking the LW incarnation. I hope she takes Michael with her and they SORAS him and get that kid off. I can't take this Michael. (Hate saying stuff like that about a small child but it's the truth).

Feeling like a soap again. Suds and all. Loving it. Who knows what the future might bring - for a change!

One more thing - the scene at the nurse's station was s^%tloads of fun! WWF here they come! Just a shame Bobby wasn't there - that would have been great fun - her hearing the whole thing right there. Actually - isn't Maxie somehow related to her? I'm trying to remember - is it the Frisco/Tony connection or something? And what would Bobbie say about how Maxie is using BJ's heart? She might just want to rip it right out of her before she BJ's Lucky! (Did I just write that here? And am I really going to post it - ? )

You're both right. The show has been shockingly better the last few days and surprisingly fun. It does feel like "a soap". I too was laughing merrily and hysterically at the scenes between Sonny and Lainey. As a relationship it's working. As a professional relationship of the sort it's supposed to be, well let's just say it's TV - do not try this at home.

Liz/Maxie good stuff. Jason is terrific lately. Lulu storyline great and timely for the college kids starting to watch now. I'm not as big a Patrick fan lately as Sheridan is and I also think his reaction is one-dimensional. Maybe he's numb but it's the old case of the writers being clueless about character traits/reactions/development. Sigh.
Hate to keep singing that same old, same old song but there it is.
