General Hospital: Ric Wants To Be His Brother's Keeper

(Due to Tstorms in the area, I kept getting local weather cut ins so I may have missed some things)

Ah ha! So Ric's weird stares at Sam somehow lead back to Sonny. I haven't put it all together (and with these writers, I may never) but Ric must see keeping Sam and Jason apart as part of his plan. Ric said it himself...he wants control. But will he stop at being a part of Sonny's life? As a Ric and Alexis fan, this doesn't bode well for them. Yes, Alexis was Sonny's attorney but like she said...she stayed away from the illegal stuff and Ric doesn't have a problem with that. I think its totally selfish of him. Here I was thinking Ric had put the pissing contest between he and Sonny behind him...I guess not.

Outside Sam and Jason are having break up conversation #431. I actually fast forwarded most of their scenes after quickly realizing that we've heard it all before. It's time to get this story moving!

Another Girls' Night Out for the ladies of GH. Liz, Emily, Lainey, Kelly and Robin all eventually end up at Jake's to "lick it, slam it, suck it". You go, gals! Yeah..it was a bit Grey's Anatomy-ish but with a show that has trouble showing friendships...its a welcome sight. I felt bad for Robin and would have been pissed at Kelly for blabbing but I was laughing my ass off at Robin's description of the Patrick Drake sex....esp. the "I stil can't feel my toes" and "I think he broke my hip"...LOL! It was also great to see Patrick not in playa mode when he came to rescue her.

Poor Lucky. Hooked on pills and looking like a schmuck at every turn. Me thinks he better stop worring about Patrick and better start paying attention to what's going on with Liz and Jason!

Damn Helena has some bad timing. Jax was *this* close to spilling the beans but she had to go and ruining it. Mama Cassidine sure does want an heir, huh? I'd love to hear how she sold the job to Sasha...although knowing Helena...Sasha probably didn't have much of a choice. Nikolas may want to get out of those riding pants if he plans on having children anytime soon. Can't be good for the swimmers, can it?

So I was trapped at jury duty - (why don't the citizens of PC ever have to do jury duty? can you picture that? what would Jason or Sonny write in the little blank for "occupation"?) and saw that they had a computer with internet access so I logged in to read your recap from yesterday! Got a whole GH conversation going - thank goodness - some "sane" conversation during an insane jury duty stay.

So thanks from all of us over at jury duty!
