That's about how long it took me to watch today's show....10 minutes. The only parts that were vaguely interesting to me were Nikolas and Leslie Lu.
I was surprised to see Nikolas show up at Jax's penthouse...scissors in hand. He's finally starting to think that baby John may be his son. Thanks to a paid for distraction he was able to snip some of John's hair for a DNA test. He must feel like he's on the right track after talking to Kelly. She also suspects something is not right with John's parentage. Could this story finally be turning a corner? I hope so.
I could probably watch an hour of Leslie Lu. Love her that much! She's a true Spencer, for sure. I look forward to seeing what she has planned for Daddy. The more I see of Lu and Diego the more I think they are the couple to watch. Much more chemistry between those two. I like the character of Dillon a lot and Scott Clifton is a proven performer but the Georgie/Dillon story has been going too long...but I'd rather them stay together than deal with a Georgie/Diego and Dillon/Leslie storyline. Come up with something else writers!
The rest of the show was yuck. I can't believe I fast forwarded Robert Scorpio....but there's only so much I can take. Robert doesn't need some stupid job working for Tracy. Get him back on the police force. Show us a real conflict between Mac and Robert about how the mob has taken over Port Charles. I sooo miss the fun and excitement of his good ole days.
I couldn't bring myself to watch Sonny pull a snow job on Lainey. Remind me to make my psyche appointments with somebody else. With everything Emily has told her, you'd think she'd be suspicious of Sonny's behavior.
I'm hoping that today's show isn't indicative of the rest of the week.
Right on target about the whole thing. I've got to say your take on the show is right on the mark! More Lulu and Diego or Lulu and anyone - she's terrific.
And Lainey - what's with you girl? That is not good work AT ALL - I had some hope for the newest PC shrink but no - they blew it again. They should really be talking to someone in the mental health profession about their storylines.
BTW - ran out in the pouring rain to see the "I can't believe it's not butter" thing today in NYC - it was two blocks from my office and I actually rearranged my schedule to be there.
Greg Vaughn - Lucky - won - so now he's the new Fabio - hmmmm. Does this mean anything as far as him and GH goes?
