Stephanie tells Kayla that she has nothing to worry about and that Patch wouldn't do anything with the crazy woman. Kayla is concerned that he hung up on her. How can nobody realize what really happened? Also, how do Kayla and Patch not have a secret code for "I'm in trouble" considering how many times they have been in situations like this? Seriously.

Kayla says that she is going to go and save him and Stephanie wonders how she proposes doing that. Basically, she is going to call the nurse and say that everything is cool. Roman comes to stop her from doing anything stupid. At this point anything she might want to do could qualify as stupid. They go to see Bo, who tells Kayla about how Ava has Hope and thinks that it is her.

Patch approaches the room where Hope is locked up from the outside. Guess he figured out how to get out somehow. It is all down to breaking the window, he says. She turns up her radio and breaks the window. Let's see how quickly they are caught. Ayep, it's just a matter of minutes. He tries to talk Ava into letting Hope free but of course she misunderstands that they need to get rid of her in a different way.

Bo and Lexie have a long argument. I will sum it up for you. Bo : You can't make me stay here. Lexie : Yes, I can.

Ava shows Patch a phone which happens to have an image of Stephanie on it and tells him that if they try to escape again, they will kill Stephanie. Nice going there, Patch. I guess Bo really is better.
