Days of Our Lives: Rolf Does The Illogical Thing

Caroline is cleaning up - they had a big wake there, don't you know? She gives an earful to someone who comes in and finds out that it's just Victor who wants a cup of coffee. Starbucks has apparently not yet hit Salem. That's a good thing. Can you imagine if Starbucks sponsored DOOL? They talk about how Isabella passed away from something similar to what Bo appears to have now and how they couldn't bear to lose Bo.

If Starbucks sponsored DOOL, Max and Nick would be meeting up there and not at the Java Cafe. They talk about the grant and Nick asks why he took a page from his notebook. Max assures him that he just needed a piece of paper for a phone number which leads to the obvious question - why not take one without any writing? Nick presses further and wonders why he is trying to get involved in his project. After Max takes off, Nick has a colleague check over his work - he finds a couple of mistakes.

Morgan, Chelsea and Stephanie discuss their potential internships and how it could affect their friendship. By some strange coincidence they all get phone calls at the same time. Also by coincidence, all the phone calls were about interviews for advertising related internship. I wonder if this has anything to do with Tony and Anna owning / working at ad agencies.

Morgan has her interview with Tony. He says he will give her the job if she can pass a simple test. He brings out a hypothetical campaign and asks for some ad lines and she comes out with some good ones, apparently, as he hires her.

Stephanie's interview turns out to be more a conversation about Tony than anything else. Stephanie then wows her with her own ideas for good ads and Anna hires her.

At the DiMera Mansion, John is visited by Rolf who apparently wants any sort of work now that Stefano is out of commission. I hope he comes back soon. John offers Rolf a job as his butler and asks him to kindly please lose his accent. How rude. A little later Rolf thinks about the disc with all of John's memories on it and decides that the best thing to do would be to hide it in a safe behind a large portrait of Stefano. Destroying it would be too logical.
