Here's a perfectly illogical conversation for you. Shawn tells Belle that he thinks that by telling Bo that he and Belle are leaving town, it gives Bo a good reason to fight to live. Uhm, a man called Shawn says what? How does that make any sense?
Apparently the surgery has not yet taken place because Doctor Jonas asks Chelsea if she is sure that she definitely wants to through with it. After lengthy discussion she asserts that she definitely does want to go through with it. Of course all goes perfectly well with her surgery.
Here's another conundrum for you - isn't Shawn in the middle of police academy? How could he just take off with Belle like this? I guess the writers don't really appreciate the concept of logic.
John and Kate have an awkward conversation based on the fact that John doesn't have any idea of who Kate is. She warns him not to go up against Victor Kiriakis and he says he appreciates the warning.
After all goes well getting the part of Chelsea's pancreas that they need, they take it over to the other operating room where Bo is of course eagerly awaiting it - well as eager as someone can be that is completely knocked out with drugs. Doctor Jonas says that he thinks that Bo is going to make it but the battle is far from over.
