Days of Our Lives: If They Won't Stop Chelsea, I Will

Argh. I guess it was false hope last week when I thought John's hair was backing slowly away from the mullet. In hindsight, I suppose it was just a little hair gel. What confuses me is that I've found pictures from a few years ago where he has a very updated, very short and stylin cut. It's one thing to be stuck in a rut, but he had clearly moved forward for awhile. I have no idea why he'd go back and it's really gnawing at me. On a brighter note, I did catch him wearing actual designer denim a few weeks back and that can only be called progress.

Have we ever seen Alex and Marlena kiss before? I don't think we have. Oddly enough, looking back over the past couple of months, I think they were waiting for their wedding night. Uh. Okay. Well, unsurprisingly, it was painful. You'd think there would have been some chemistry left over from his old days as Roman, but to me it looked like Skeletor was kissing a zombie in a nightgown. Why doesn't John just tie a rope or vine or something from his balcony and swing over and make Alex "drop"? Man, I was ready to do it just to make it all stop. And I'm not even ISA.

My love for Bo Brady mulitplied by approximately 3 million today. First I noticed that his little shirt had little holes in it. Then he started doing a little nervous jig waiting for Hope's email. Then he ruffled his hair and bit his lip and slouched on the couch and typed an email at 4 words per minute. I admit I have a tough time believing he's not a real person, but I'm pretty comfortable in my delusion. I didn't think that I'd go there, but I think I'm actually rooting for Hope and Bo to get back together. If only to bring Chelsea down. I really just hate everything about her. And when is she going to take off that stupid shorty jacket? Everyone else changed their clothes three days ago, chica. I'm really hoping that tomorrow she gets electrocuted while she tries to cut the phone lines and falls and dies. Or gets banished to that island. Or at least changes her jacket.

I want to be able to vote for characters, a la "Idol." If that happens, I guarantee Chelsea will be the first one booted from the show. Ms. "I want to be Rachel Bilson but I'm not even close" needs to be tossed.

BTW, that crap she was spewing about "resetting Bo's email preferences" was utter nonsense. She'd have to be a savvy server admin to pull off that manuever. Somehow, I doubt she spends her off-time reading Apache boards.

Whoever styles Chels needs to dump some nutritional powder in her hair gel or hot iron or something. Perhaps it'll seep into her skull and put some weight on the poor girl. She is entering Nicole Richie territory, but sans boho-chic. Safari crop tops should be burned.

Where's Nicole?
