Sarah Beth Lancaster was born in Overland Park, Kansas on February 12, 1980. Her father was a real estate agent that relocated his family to Mission Viejo, California when Sarah was ten. Prior to acting, she was an accomplished dancer in ballet and jazz and was involved in several theatrical productions. Her first professional acting gig came when she landed a starring role on "Saved By The Bell: The New Class" as Rachel. From there, Sarah would have several successful on screen roles, including Boston Public, Dawson's Creek, Scrubs and more. She was twice nominated for the Young Artist Award, (1996, 1997) and once for the Young Star Award. (1997) She enjoys water sports, shopping and spending time with her younger brother Daniel.
