The Biggest Loser: Tough Choices

”BLoser-Heather.jpg"The night started with a challenge right off the bat! Instead of a physical challenge, the teams needed to exercise some brain muscles.

A bunch of meals were sitting out. Each team needed to calculate calories. Whichever team was closest, wins. The winners got to hand out T-shirts to the losing team. One shirt said, "Eat Out Only." The other said, "No Trainer." Yikes.

The first meal was a hamburger and fries, which equaled 1,421 calories. The red team guessed the closest with 1,300. Next up was fried chicken, a biscuit and coleslaw at 1,000 calories. The red team won again.

It was starting to get embarrassing for the blue team, especially since they are used to calorie counting. The next meal was eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns and pancakes, which was 1,190. Again, the red team won, making them winners of the quiz.

Erik and Bobby had to workout alone for the next 72 hours. Marty and Brian needed to eat out for the same amount of time. Bob was not happy. This is quite a feat, considering that Bob always seems happy.

The red team bonded over emotions. The blue team (at least the ones working out with Bob) bonded over painful workouts.

Caroline showed up for the next challenge (what a sweet gig she has!). Each team had four flags. One team member was chosen to raise those flags up a scaffold. The chosen one was then strapped into a harness, which was raised and lowered by -- you guessed it -- the rest of the team. The winners get to choose between a healthy meal and an intense workout at a fancy hotel in Hollywood. Of course, they would also get to choose which member of the red team would sit out the weigh-in.

It didn't seem fair since one team was all guys and the other had two girls doing the pulling. However, it was the red team's screw-up that might have caused them to lose. The blue team chose Ken to sit out this week's weigh-in. They also decided to go for the fancy meal, which seemed stupid considering both Bobby and Erik had no trainer this week. Even better, they got a show: the red team working out in the pool.

Next a doctor came in -- oh yeah, this show is all about healthy lifestyle! No surprise: everyone is getting healthier. But who lost the most weight this week? It was a blowout!

WOW. The blue team rocked the weigh-in, even without trainers and having to eat out. Bob was back to his old, perky self.

The red team didn't seem too phased though; the girls know that it won’t be a girl going home. All of them decided to vote for Ken. The shocking moment was when Wylie turned all girlie and threw Ken under the bus as well. Doesn't he realize that he's next?

Ken should feel lucky (and I'm guessing that he does since he's lost 138 pounds to date). I don't think I'd want to be the only guy on a team full of those hens. I am thinking we will see the guys take on the girls any week now. -- Rachel Cericola

On this last episode when they had to eat what they pulled out from behind the box with a number on it the last thing was the hot dog and i swore it said 610 calories!!!! please tell me really what was the 610 calorie meal !!!!!
