- RDM says he thinks he didn't give the Cally storyline enough, and that it doesn't quite work. There are a lot of good ideas that are not quite followed all the way through.

- With Kara's figurine, there was a whole subplot in the previous episode where Adama took it off the ship and gave it to her, but was cut for time. You still see it on her desk in the Demetrius.

- The growing awareness of the Centurions didn't really work, and became cumbersome with all the other storylines (which is a shame if you ask us).

- Centurions, since it was not working, were cut from all the Cylon scenes, which is why there are a lot of wide shots.

- The Quorum is modeled after the Brit's House of Commons.

- RDM wasn't aware of the Star Trek in-joke on the weapons locker until he saw dailies.

- He does think it's a little rickety that Cally found the note in the door, but they never got time to fix it.
