The Apple iTunes Music Store has posted a FREE 21 minute recap of the previous season-and-a-half (all the episodes up to now) of the SciFi Channel's hit show "Battlestar Galactica."
A ploy to get fans revved up for Season 2's return, the clip also gives folks who are not familiar with the series a chance to catch up on the major plot points.
If you haven't been watching the show so far, you may want to start. Time Magazine just named "Battlestar" the best show of 2005 describing it as "a ripping sci-fi allegory of the war on terror, complete with religious fundamentalists (here, genocidal robots called Cylons), sleeper cells, civil-liberties crackdowns and even a prisoner-torture scandal."
The series recap includes exclusive interviews with cast and crew including executive producer Ron Moore, Edward James Olmos, Mary McDonnell, Tricia Helfer, Katee Sackhoff, and Jamie Bamber. One surprising revelation from the clip - Bamber's accent. He does a good job on the show to mask his British roots.
The clip also gives sneak peek at some of the upcoming action in the new season.

Jamie Bamber is English?! I was shocked to hear his accent and, moreover, I was duly impressed that there's absolutely no trace of his accent in his character.
