However, I can't imagine that Fox or NBC would be thrilled that he is on 2 networks. Maybe "ER" will hold his slot like they did for Stamos -- or Jerry! (He has a new show coming too.)

I hope he gets a good role that gives him the attention and credit that he deserves, as he's very talented.

I did watch the video interview at www. nbc.com/ER, and he says something aout tuning in next season to see what happens to Ray, but I don't remember him saying anything about "not leaving anytime soon".. =/

Also, I'd rather have ER at an earlier time.. it would be so much easier on my schedule! :O

I don't doubt that Ray will appear next season, but there is no way his character can come back full time, is there?

I think he wanted out... wanted a roll with more screen time. However, I think it's crappy what they did to him!

I've been watching ER since the beginning and I'm very upset that there won't be a Neela and Ray story line.I hope the producers reconcider and bring Shane back.

I really wish neela and ray would have gotten together, it was soo cool to see that ray had a soft spot for her.
