Too bad. This show was starting to find itself, especially in the last few episodes. The acting was decent and the bank scenes were great. Of course, the concept itself only had a season or two in its original form; at some point the "bond" between these nine hostages would have to give way to something else. Oh well, better knock this one off the Season Pass list.

I agree with Mac - it was just starting to gel. The stories and people were becoming more compelling and that last reveal by Bailey? Scott Wolf? (Was that part of the problem? I kept thinking of the characters as Tim, Scott and the chick from 24...)
anyway - the reveal was good.

Sorry to see it go - but maybe anything "heavy" is too much for people after Lost. Wonder what they'll plug in there now....

It ain't over till it's over folks. Has everyone signed the petitions? Has everyone sent ABC a postcard??? This is one of those rare extraordinary shows that is worth fighting for...

This is yet another example of why network television continues to hemorrhage viewership. Shows that have even a hint of complexity are banished before allowing viewers to warm-up to them. And yes, LOST is always cited as an example of a complex show given a chance, but come on had MASH been made today I doubt it would have survived two weeks. I grow so tried of investing my time and energy into ABC, NBC, CBS & FOX only to have them kill the program before it is even started. Thank God for the Scifi Channel "Battlestar Galactica" would never make it on any of those channels. Fox at at least use to take chances, but even they have gone conformist. Married With Children could never make it today...Rant finsihed, no wonder why DVD sells are soaring and brainless tripe like "Deal, No Deal" is considered entertainment.

I have been searching the nine web page to see what is going on. Mix signals is not enough closure fore me to get a grasp as to what happened in the bank?? I really really want to know how this all works out. I think this was a great story line, but I think it was on to late. I am in bed by 10pm. Didn't stop me from recording and watching it at my own leasure. I am disappointed in the nine and windfall. I was totally in tuned to these shows and now they are left up in the air. I have no closure to this addiction.

abc keeps a show like something bout brian and keeps giving it chances yet won't even give the nine a chance to get on its legs what if they did that to lost and here they are three seasons later

Will the remaining episodes at least wrap up the story line? This was a very entertaining show and I have been waiting to see what really happened during the bank robbery! I hate it when networks do this to us!

I enjoyed the Nine and Windfall. Even if the shows arent bringing in the biggest ratings---they are still better than most shows on tv. Check out the competition, its not pretty out there.
