NBC Renews "Days of Our Lives"

With a few classic soaps dropping, we were holding our breath for Days of Our Lives. Now, daytime fans can take a collective sigh of relief. NBC just announced that they are picking up the show for a 45th season.

"Days of our Lives' continues to be a favorite of the daytime audience and we are thrilled to keep it going through its 45th season," said by Marc Graboff, Chairman, NBC Entertainment and Universal Media Studios. "'Days' has shown year-to-year increases in key female demographics and remains both relevant and fresh creatively."

Days of our Lives will celebrate its 45th anniversary on Monday, November 8. Until then, you can few it every weekday at 1:00 p.m. (in most markets; check your local listings) on NBC.
