"Kirstie Alley's Big Life" Giveaway!

Kirstie Alley has been pretty public about her weight -- sometimes when she really didn't want to be. Now the former Cheers star is grabbing the bull by the horns and launching her own weight loss company. She's also going to chronicle the whole process in A&E's Kirstie Alley's Big Life.

Aside from her weight loss and her company launch, the show will also cover a few other ventures -- including raising her two teenagers. The show premieres this weekend, so we've got a little contest to help kick off the show.

Just comment below with one of your favorite tips to drop a few pounds. Yeah, we know -- eat less, work out. Try to make it something a bit more original. Do you have a favorite exercise or low-fat meat? A special smoothie recipe? Let us know. ONE winner will be chosen at random to receive a gift tote including:

• Exercise mat + bag
• Pedometer
• Nail Polish
• Aluminum beverage bottle
• T-shirt
• Water bottle
• A&E store $10 Coupon

Please use a valid email address with your comment (you don't have to post it for all to see). We only ask for email addresses to contact winners. You must be a U.S. resident to enter. The contest ends at 11:59 p.m. (EST) on Friday, March 26, 2010.

Our Kirstie Alley's Big Life prize pack is courtesy of A&E. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Kirstie Alley's Big Life premieres this Sunday, March 21 at 10:00 p.m. (EST) on A&E.
