
Justin Mentell, who appeared on the hit ABC drama Boston Legal, has died. The actor was only 27.
According to E! Online, the actor was involved in a one-car crash on Monday. Mentell was driving when he swerved off an embankment and hit two trees. He was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from his Jeep. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
Police say there was no evidence of alcohol or drugs at the scene. However, toxicology reports will come in six to eight weeks.
Mentell played attorney Garrett Wells on Boston Legal from 2005 to 2006. Last year, he appeared in the 3D Disney film, G-Force.
