Gary Cole Getting TBS Comedy

After a nice stint on Entourage, it looks like Gary Cole is getting his own series -- and we couldn't be happier.

The Hollywood Reporter says that the actor has signed on to star in Uncle Nigel, an hour-long comedy for TBS. Cole will play the title character, who is also a veteran Philadelphia homicide detective.

Uncle Nigel will be written and executive produced by Monk creator Andy Breckman.

Aside from Entourage, Cole has appeared in countless TV shows and movies, including Office Space, The Brady Bunch Movie, and Desperate Housewives.
