Brittany Murphy Dies

Sad and shocking news coming out of Hollywood today. Brittany Murphy has died. She was 32.

According to TMZ, Murphy's mother found the actress unconscious early this morning. When paramedics arrived, she was in full cardiac arrest. She was later pronounced dead at Cedars Sinai Medical Center.

Murphy is known for her big-screen roles in Clueless, Bongwater, 8 Mile and Sin City. She was also the voice of Luanne Platter on the long-running, recently cancelled Fox comedy, King of the Hill.

Murphy is survived by her husband, screenwriter Simon Monjack.
