There's going to be a lot of empty slots in the TV schedule. First ABC cancelled Eastwick. Then, Fox announced that Dollhouse was axed. Now, ABC has made another cut: Hank.
According to ABC News, Kelsey Grammer's newest sitcom got five episodes before it got the boot. There are another five left somewhere, but the network hasn't made plans to air any of them. For now, repeats and holiday programming will fill the Wednesday timeslot.
Hank is Grammer's second attempt at comedy since his long-running role as Frasier on NBC. His Fox sitcom, Back to You, was cancelled in May 2008, after one season.
