"Kate Plus Eight," Minus Jon

Apparently, TLC doesn't want to give the Gosselin family any breathing room.

The network plans to continue with the family's popular reality show, but will drop one thing: Jon Gosselin. The new show will be titled, Kate Plus Eight.

Actually, Jon might pop up from time to time, but the show will mainly focus on the kids as well as Kate's efforts to adapt to single motherhood. Of course, if you are interested in what Jon's doing, you can pick up almost any tabloid.

Despite the endless reports on the every move of both parents, omg! news says that the show is still averaging 3.2 million viewers this season.

TLC is obviously team Kate, though. The network also announced plans for another Kate-centric series starting in 2010.

Kate Plus Eight will start airing November 2 on TLC. -- Rachel Cericola
