A&E is wiping its lineup clean -- of The Cleaner.
According to Zap2It, the network has opted not to renew the Benjamin Bratt drama. The show just wrapped its second season this month.
Bratt played real-life extreme interventionist William Banks, a former heroin addict who makes a pact with God. If the Big Guy can help him get clean, he will do the same for other addicts.
When the show first premiered in 2008, it was the network's first scripted series in six years. Another attempt, Patrick Swayze's The Beast, was also recently cancelled. -- Rachel Cericola
