Brian Austin Green Joins "Smallville"

Who knew David Silver was so multifaceted?

Many thought Brian Austin Green's role on "The Sarah Connor Chronicles" was a fluke. Well, now TV Guide is reporting that the actor has signed on to star in the upcoming season of "Smallville."

Green has been cast as super-baddie Metallo. It seems the "Terminator" hunter has now become a cyborg -- cool! Of course, his alter-ego is "Daily Planet" journalist John Corben.

For now, we're not sure whether Green will survive the whole season. However, he is in the first two episodes. Think he should do more or is that enough BAG for you?
