You can slide away from the edge of your seat; NBC has announced that they will renew "Chuck" for a third season.
The dramedy has been on the bubble for quite some time, and viewers were not happy about it. Instead of sending something nerdy to the network, fans starting buying sandwiches. Subway is a show sponsor.
Apparently, the campaign worked. The show has been picked up for 13 episodes. The bad news is that Entertainment Weekly says that some of the supporting characters won't be seen as often -- and some not at all.
NBC also recently announced pickups for new shows "Southland" and "Parks and Recreation." -- Rachel Cericola
