It looks as though Kenny Powers isn't f**king out just yet.
HBO just announced that they will pick up "Eastbound & Down" for a second season. The dark comedy stars Danny McBride ("Pineapple Express," "Tropic Thunder") as Kenny Powers, an ex-baseball player living out his not-so-glorious years as a substitute gym teacher.
The Hollywood Reporter says that the show's audience grew throughout the show's measly six-episode run, peaking at 950,000 viewers.
Will Ferrell and Adam McKay serve as executive producers. Ferrell appeared in two of the first season's episodes.
