Lauren Graham Lands on ABC

lgraham.jpgABC seems to be expanding its sitcom roster. The latest addition is an untitled series with former "Gilmore Girls" star Lauren Graham.

The actress will play a self-help guru, who can't seem to heed her own advice. Variety says the project was created by "Will & Grace" writer Alex Herschlag. He will executive produce the show, along with Mitch Hurwitz ("Arrested Development") and Kim Tannenbaum and Eric Tannenbaum ("Two and a Half Men"). Graham will also earn a producer credit.

This will be Graham's first regular TV gig since her seven seasons on "Gilmore Girls" ended in 2007. She has seen plenty of big-screen time, though, recently starring in "Evan Almighty" and "Flash of Genius."

Although ABC has made a commitment to the show, there's no word who else will star or when a pilot might premiere. -- Rachel Cericola
