Apparently, reality TV is not your last stop on the show business ladder. Tom Sizemore has grabbed a lot of headlines lately for his TV antics and brief engagement to former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss. However, that hasn't stopped Starz from casting the actor in their new TV series "Crash."
The Hollywood Reporter says that the network has cast Sizemore as a recurring character in the upcoming series. He will play "Detective Adrian Cooper, whose unorthodox measures wreak havoc when he investigates a police-involved shooting."
Starz has ordered 13 episodes of "Crash." However, there's no word on how many of those episodes will feature Sizemore.
Sizemore has starred in such classics as "Saving Private Ryan," "Black Hawk Down," and "Born on the Fourth of July." According to his IMDB profile, he has four additional projects coming soon.
"Crash" will premiere on Starz starting Friday, October 17 at 10:00 p.m. (EST) -- Rachel Cericola
