"Do Not Disturb" Gets the Axe

Do-Not-Disturb.jpgIt looks like Do Not Disturb" will no longer disturb the Fox lineup. EW's Michael Ausiello is reporting that the network has pulled the show after only two episodes.

Jerry O'Connell is good. Niecy Nash is good. So what the hell went wrong? Oh yeah -- the show sucked. Just ask the creators. They recently made a public apology for the sitcom's pilot. That's never a good sign, but they did promise they'd do better next time. Sadly, the next time was the last time -- and that wasn't very good either.

Apparently, there are no plans to burn off any remaining episodes. Until they find a replacement, Fox plans to fill the Wednesday timeslot with reruns of the Brad Garrett sitcom "'Til Death." -- Rachel Cericola
