Amy Poehler Out of "SNL"

Fey-Poehler.jpgDid you think Amy Poehler was funny on this week's premiere of "Saturday Night Live?" Suck her up while you can; her days on the late-night show are numbered.

The Dish Rag says that Poehler will leave the show after November's elections. After all, she needs to grasp at sleep while she can. Poehler will soon give birth to her first child. The dad is her husband, actor Will Arnett ("Arrested Development").

Of course, Poehler probably won't be retiring. She has signed to star in a mystery NBC sitcom from the same guys that brought us "The Office." There's no word on when that will air -- or much else about it for that matter.

For now, Poehler is still on "SNL," which airs every Saturday at 11:30 p.m. (EST) on NBC. -- Rachel Cericola
