"Dancing" Stars Announced

dancing-linley.jpgHas "Dancing with the Stars" jumped the shark? No, but they have signed its patron saint, Ted McGinley.

He is one of the many stars lined up to take to ABC's sparkly floor this fall. Announced this morning on ABC's "Good Morning America" (as well as Zap2it), here is the rundown:

  • Lance Bass, ex-* NSync-er
  • Toni Braxton, Grammy-winning R&B singer
  • Brooke Burke, "Maxim" mainstay and ex-host of E!'s "Wild On"
  • Rocco DiSpirito, celebrity chef and former star of NBC's "The Restaurant"
  • Maurice Greene, ex-Olympic sprinter
  • Kim Kardashian, tabloid fodder and star of E!'s "Keeping Up with the Kardashians"
  • Cloris Leachman, former star of "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and classic films such as "Young Frankenstein"
  • Cody Linley, star on "Hannah Montana"
  • Susan Lucci, reigning the soap scene on "All My Children"
  • Misty May-Treanor, 2008 Olympic gold medalist for beach volleyball
  • Ted McGinley, patron saint of Jump the Shark and former star of "Married... with Chidren," "Hope & Faith," and cult hit "Revenge of the Nerds"
  • Jeffrey Ross, comedian and "Roast Master General" for Comedy Central
  • Warren Sapp, ex-NFL player and Super Bowl winner

Of course, it will take some time to figure out who will win. More importantly, who will be the first to go?
