"CSI" Stalking Laurence Fishburne

Sure we were all shocked when William Petersen announced he would soon leave "CSI." However, CBS is in talks for a very cool replacement -- Morpheus!

Laurence Fishburne could be "CSI's" new guy, says The Hollywood Reporter. He would play a doctor/scientist outsider who has the same genetic profile as a serial killer. Creepy! Don't get your hopes up, though; the deal isn't sealed yet.

Petersen recently announced that he will leave "CSI" after the 10th episode this season.

Fishburne was just seen on the big screen in "21." According to IMDB.com, he currently has six other projects in the works.
