Shannen Doherty Back on "90210"

sdoherty.jpgThe bitch is back -- Brenda Walsh, that is.

Shannen Doherty will be reprising her "Beverly Hills 90210" role when the new incarnation hits The CW this fall, says Access Hollywood.

When we last saw Brenda, she headed to London to become an actress. Apparently that went well, and now she's back in Beverly Hills to direct a musical at West Beverly Hills High School. Believable? It sounds like quite the very special episode -- or actually episodes.

There's no word on when we can expect to see Doherty or for how long, but the network assures it will be for "multiple episodes." IMDB.com says she is scheduled to appear in the pilot.

Doherty will join former castmates Jennie Garth, Tori Spelling and Joe E. Tata, who are all reprising their roles. Yes -- Nat still owns The Peach Pit. I hope they've at least remodeled.

"90210" premieres Tuesday, September 2 on The CW. -- Rachel Cericola
