William Hurt Gets "Damages"

whurt.jpgIt's a "Big Chill" reunion -- sort of.

William Hurt will join former costar Glenn Close on the FX drama "Damages."

Monsters & Critics says
this will be Hurt's first regular TV gig. He is currently starring on the big screen opposite Edward Norton in "The Incredible Hulk."

Hurt will play a new client for attorney Patty Hewes (Close). Apparently some type of history will be between the two -- personal and professional.

"Damages" will return to FX in 2009. -- Rachel Cericola

I just noticed that the guy who played Logan Huntsberger on The Gilmore Girls looks an awful lot like William Hurt. That, or I just have bad eyesight.
