Mike Judge Makes Deal with ABC

mjudge.jpgMike Judge has made a "Goode" deal with ABC. The creator of "Beavis & Butt-Head" and long-running animated series "King of the Hill" is developing a new animated series, "The Goode Family."

However, the new series will not be airing on Fox, which has been "Hill's" home for the past 12 seasons (and counting). The Hollywood Reporter says that the Goodes will instead have a slot on ABC.

The network has given a 13-episode commitment to Judge and co-creators John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky, who teamed up to pen the blockbuster comedy "Blades of Glory."

"The Goode Family" focuses around a family obsessed with doing the right thing, only to have hilarity ensue. -- Rachel Cericola
