NBC Announces Changes in Schedule

The peacock network recently announced changes to its schedule as it gears up for a new 2008 lineup.

According to The Futon Critic, NBC’s Monday night show “Journeyman” will finish out its planned 13-episode season with its final two episodes. They will air Monday, December 17 and Wednesday, December 19 at 10 p.m., and will both follow the new reality singing competition “Clash of the Choirs.” Originally, the network had ordered three more scripts, but those were probably held up due to the writers strike.

The network also announced it would bring back the Joey Fatone karaoke program “The Singing Bee.” It will begin airing new episodes starting Friday, December 21 at 8 p.m. Does anyone else see a theme on NBC this December? (Hint: It has to do with singing.) –Chris Sardelli
