A&E to Air "Celebrity Garage Sale"

And you thought "The Singing Bee" was a strange idea. There's word that A&E will soon air a new reality show called "Celebrity Garage Sale."

Hosted by Illeana Douglas, a character actress best known for her roles in movies like "Stir of Echoes" and "Goodfellas," the show will focus on some of her well-known friends as they host garage sales to get rid of their celebrity clutter. MovieWeb reports Douglas has always considered the show a "pet project" of hers.

The first episode will revolve around Tom Arnold as he tries to sell some of his junk. Let's just hope he kept some of Roseanne's things for just such an occasion. At the very least, the proceeds go to good charities; Arnold's profits will help children with heart problems at Camp del Corazon. --Chris Sardelli
