Rick Fox Bounces into "Ugly Betty"

It's doubtful that Rick Fox has ever had his name associated with the word "ugly." However, Entertainment Tonight is reporting that the former basketball star and current pretty boy has signed on to guest star in an upcoming episode of "Ugly Betty."

Yes -- it's the same "Ugly Betty" that stars Fox's former wife Vanessa Williams. Weird casting? Kind of, considering Fox will star as Williams' bodyguard.

Fox just did a five-episode stint on the FX drama, "Dirt." He will also star in the upcoming Tyler Perry comedy, "Meet the Browns."

The second season of "Ugly Betty" premieres Thursday, September 27 on ABC. -- Rachel Cericola
