It's official; one of the greatest feuds of the last decade is almost over.
That's right, David Letterman and Oprah Winfrey have made nice, leading to Letterman's appearance on her show September 10. It will be his first appearance on her show and will be filmed at Madison Square Garden. His visit to Winfrey's show follows an appearance she made on the "Late Show" back in 2005, as well as a Doritos commercial they made together last spring.
The reason for their ten-year-long fight is vague at best, but Letterman directed several jokes at Oprah throughout the years. She in turn pledged never to appear on his show, but despite their differences and that whole "Oprah, Uma" thing from the 1995 Oscars, the two have gradually become friends. -- Chris Sardelli
